User Agreement

Effective date: January 19, 2026

This User Agreement defines the rules for using the Safar platform (safar.org.uz and @SafarRidebot).

1. General terms

Safar is an information platform for shared intercity rides. Safar is not a taxi service and does not provide transportation services.

2. Service participants

• Driver — a user who offers a ride
• Passenger — a user who is looking for a ride

3. Subject of service

Safar only provides technical functionality to post and search ride information. All agreements are made directly between users.

4. Financial terms

Safar does not accept payments, set fares, or charge commissions. Any payments are considered shared compensation for travel costs.

5. User obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan
• Treat other users respectfully
• Not use the service for illegal purposes

6. Limitation of liability

Safar is not responsible for:

• actions or inaction of drivers and passengers
• whether a trip actually takes place
• any damage resulting from user interactions
• cancellation or change of agreements between users

7. Safety

Users independently evaluate the suitability and safety of each trip. Safar recommends using personal safety measures and common sense.

8. Access restriction

Safar may restrict or block access to the service in case of violations of this Agreement or applicable law.

9. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Agreement changes

Safar may amend this Agreement. The current version is always available at safar.org.uz.
