Safar is a platform for finding fellow travelers for shared intercity rides and is not a taxi service. By using the website or Telegram bot, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. What data we collect

We may collect and process the following data:

• User Telegram ID
• Selected interface language
• Trip route (departure and destination cities)
• Trip date and time
• Number of available seats (for drivers)
• Technical data (record creation date, service logs)

Safar does not request and does not store bank card numbers, passwords, passport data, or payment details.

3. Purposes of data processing

Data is used only for:

• matching drivers and passengers
• sending route match notifications
• improving service quality
• ensuring safety and preventing abuse

4. Data sharing with third parties

Safar does not share user personal data with third parties, except where required by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5. Data storage and protection

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Data is stored only for as long as needed to provide the service.

6. User responsibility

Users make their own decisions about interacting with each other. Safar is not responsible for actions of drivers and passengers outside the platform.

7. User rights

The user has the right to:

• request information about their data
• request deletion of their data
• stop using the service at any time
